H & S International Pvt Ltd established in 2023 is a reputed private company in Sri Lanka engaged in but not limited to Import and export business, event management and recruitment for foreign employment(LL No 3651).
Our main business include import and export of sport goods, exporting Ceylon coconut products, spices and supplying government and military organizations with professional sporting goods via our sister company STYP sports Pvt Ltd. We are a registered company with Sri Lanka customs for import and export operations.
The office facilities are well equipped and tailor made to carry out day today activities with allocated staff for training applicants seeking employments and guiding out students. They are well qualified to answer your questions related to your opportunities to learn and work outside Sri Lanka.
Apart from regular business activities we engage in conducting classroom training and online training sessions for IELTS(International English language testing scheme) and Japanese language competency. Our instructors are well qualified, updated and reputed professionals who are enormously supportive and knowledgeable to handle student’s inquiries.

Sadeesha Perera
Director
Mr. Sadeesha Perera is the founding director of H & S International Pvt Ltd. He has contributed enormously in many ways to develop the bilateral relations between us and overseas business partners. An avid sports enthusiast and sportsman himself he is a member of the STYP sports Pvt Ltd board of directors.
STYP Sports being a premium dealer retail market sector in sports equipment wholesale and retail in Sri Lanka has collaborated with our organization in business development. A trusted brand between professionals and younger players alike, STYP exports their products to Japanese clients as well.
Having completed his higher studies in Tokyo International University he has a keen interest in exploring business opportunities between two countries and empower Sri Lankan youth by assisting them to work and learn in Japan.
Mr. Sadeesha Perera is the appointed licensee from Sri Lanka Foreign employment Bureau and the head of operations for H & S international Foreign employment agency. A proud Royalist and a justice of peace to all islands on appointment by the Ministry of justice and peace.
Hidetaro Ito
Director
Mr. Hidetaro Ito a reputed businessman and proprietor of AOI International, Tokyo, Japan has been working with us even before the time of the company’s incorporation. He has enormously contributed towards the success of our company by investing in various sectors which has opened the doors for us to collaborate with the organizations of China, Vietnam and India in growing business relations.
As a sports enthusiast Mr. Ito has taken part in various local sports events by supporting sportsmen and women in need while we work closely with heroes of tri forces in upgrading the facilities for them to experience the international standards of gaming.
Mr. Ito currently lives in Tokyo, Japan.
